Vollrath 15205 Description
Great for slicing tomatoes, mushrooms, and other soft fruits and vegetables into 3⁄16-inch-thick slices, the Vollrath 15205 InstaSlice™ slicer features 16 straight blades. These durable, corrosion-resistant blades are part of a one-piece assembly that can be popped in and out for cleaning and doesn't require readjustment throughout use. To preserve their original look and extend service life, the HardCoat® pusher head fingers resists corrosion that can come from acidic tomato juice. This 10 1⁄2-inch-wide by 16-inch-deep by 10 3⁄4-inch-tall unit is mounted on a sled-leg aluminum base that resists breaking under pressure, while its detachable table stop prevents sliding during use.
