Vollrath 15105 Description
The Vollrath 15105 Redco® InstaSlice™ tomato slicer has a large slicing area that can cut large fruits and vegetables. A head holds the tomato in place during slicing, while the Hardcoat™ pusher head and polyurethane food carrier resist corrosion from tomato acid or other acidic food products. For user safety, a removable table stop aids in stability. The thermoset blade frames are rust resistant and will not need adjusting.
