Ice-O-Matic CIM2046FW Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM2046FW ice machine makes full-cube ice, which is great for gourmet drinks because of its large size and visual appeal. It can produce as much as 1,860 pounds of ice in a day under ideal conditions, and it’s well-suited for pubs, bars, and other drinking applications. Utilizing it to cool the unit and prepare ice, the ice maker head is installed into an establishment’s existing water supply.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM2046FW ice maker releases heated air using a dual exhaust system with top and side ports in order to split airflow and reduce the potential for exhaust obstruction. Increasing the cleanliness of produced ice, antimicrobial defense adds sanitation value to the head. The head also features one-touch descaling and sanitization as well as dishwasher-safe food zone components.
