Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FR49 Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FR49 ice machine head measures 30 1⁄4 inches in width by 24 1⁄4 inches in depth by 26 9⁄10 inches in height and is part of the Elevation Series™. This piece of equipment produces full-cube ice, which is the largest after gourmet. They measure 7⁄8 by 7⁄8 by 7⁄8 inch and are rhomboidal in shape.
Producing as much as 968 pounds of ice per 24 hours in ideal ambient conditions, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FR49 modular cube ice maker is a remote-cooled system, outsourcing noise and heat from commercial kitchens to enhance the atmosphere. This unit is excellent for large establishments with various pieces of refrigeration equipment. To inhibit the spread of bacteria, the machine has built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection.
