Manitowoc Ice IDT1200N Description
The Manitowoc IDT1200N Indigo NXT™ ice machine head operates with remote cooling. Between cleanings, a built-in AlphaSan® antimicrobial agent minimizes bacterial growth on components in the foodzone. Designed with a DuraTech® coating on the steel exterior, this unit hides stains and fingerprints. Its user-friendly easyTouch® control panel displays the operating status and enables the user to program ice production by time or volume. Overall, it can produce 955 to 1,127 pounds of dice-size ice cubes in 24 hours depending on the ambient air and incoming water temperature.
Because of the acoustical ice-sensing probe and active sense, the Manitowoc IDT1200N commercial ice maker head's ice thickness remains consistent with constant monitoring. If internal issues arise with operation, users can find diagnostic information on the touchscreen control panel. For general maintenance, users can open the swing-out hinged front door to remove the water trough, distribution tube, curtain, water probe, and water pump to effectively clean its interior. Structured to fit on top of a D-570 or D-970 ice storage bin, it measures 30 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 29.5 inches high.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
