Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA Description
In 24 hours, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA Elevation Series™ ice machine head can make 932 pounds of full-cube ice. These cubes are 7/8 inch by 7/8 inch by 7/8 inch, and since they melt slowly in drinks, they are perfect for restaurants and bars. The unit's condenser is air cooled, meaning a fan blows air over the coils to cool refrigerant as it moves away from the evaporator plate, freezing water to form cubes.
Cleaning and sanitizing this Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA ice maker is simple since it has one-touch controls. When cleaning is needed, an LED indicator light illuminates to notify the operator. The food zone—which houses the parts that come in contact with ice and water—is made of easy-to-clean plastic without cracks or crevices. Antimicrobial protection in this area slows bacteria, scale, and mold growth, and the components have a snap-in-and-out design that ensures they are convenient to remove for cleaning.
