Arctic Air AST60R Description
The Arctic Air AST60R sandwich and salad prep table has a cutout compartment on the top that holds 16 sixth-size pans. Food in these pans is kept cold between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure the right temperature, users can cover the ingredients with the lid. On the front, a full-length cutting board provides a place to cut up ingredients, assemble sandwiches, or finish dishes. Both the cutting board and the stainless steel exterior can be cleaned swiftly.
For durability, this Arctic Air AST60R prep table's stainless steel exterior resists scratches and stains. Its two doors have recessed, firmly attached handles and gaskets that retain cold air. These doors can stay open when pulled past 90 degrees and, to speed up cleaning, this unit has a stainless steel floor with rounded corners. The magnetic gaskets snap out of the door frame and can be removed without additional tools.

Don't buy it again
"This Prep table broken before using 2years,temperature is over the 41,I think they have 2 years warranty,so I called the company to take care it,after half months later someone came in said that it is filter dirty,cleaned it then left (the person totally stay at my restaurant only 10 minutes ,didn't check it problem ),after the person left the company Service lady called me and asked me to pay $354 for the repair person cleaned the filter 10 minutes,until today (1 month)the prep table temperature still high,they they can't do anything but they great to ask for money"

I would buy again.
"Prep table seems fine. Works well so far and keeps temperature. Seems to be well made as far as Chinese products are concerned...I would buy another one if needed. I like the digital thermometer on the bottom and the wheels allow the unit to be moved and makes cleaning very easy...Just plug and use.Hopefully it lasts at least a few years to really be true tested..."
