Cambro UPC1600HD402 Description
The Cambro UPC1600HD402 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier is great for catered operations, keeping prepared food hot or cold for 4 hours. It uses its one-piece shell and foam insulation to retain air. Made of polyethylene, this shell doesn't easily crack, dent, or rust. This server's two compartments hold 24 full-size pans, which can be loaded through the front swing-open doors. These doors have airtight, sealing gaskets and nylon latches. Heavy-duty casters provide mobility, while the handles offer steering control. To protect other surfaces, bumpers are molded into the bottom of the carrier.
