Cambro UPC1600HD158 Description
The Cambro UPC1600HD158 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier keeps food at safe temperatures until it's ready to be served. Airtight gaskets prevent leaks around the door frame while its one-piece shell and foam insulation retain air, maintaining cold or hot product temperatures for 4 hours. This server has two compartments, each able to hold 12 full-size, 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pans. These compartments are front loading with swing-out doors and securing, nylon latches. The pan carrier is mobile on heavy-duty casters, two of which are fixed while the other two can swivel with brakes. Handles are molded in for maneuvering and bumpers protect surrounding surfaces from impact damage.
