Cambro UPC1600HD157 Description
Great for catered operations, the Cambro UPC1600HD157 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier keeps cold product cold and hot product hot. Its foam insulation retains air, maintaining food temperatures for 4 hours. In two compartments, the server can hold 24 full-size, 2 1⁄2-inch-deep food pans. These compartments are front loading with full-swing doors that have airtight gaskets. Nylon latches keep the doors closed during transport, while unit mobility is convenient on 6-inch casters. For comfortable maneuvering, two of the casters swivel and handles are molded into the cabinet sides. Bumpers are also built into the construction, protecting other surfaces from bumps and knocks when users move the server.
