Cambro UPC1600HD191 Description
Designed for catered operations and other facilities that prepare food ahead of time, the Cambro UPC1600HD191 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier keeps food at safe temperatures for 4 hours. It has two compartments, which together can hold 24 full-size pans. To expedite pan loading and unloading, these compartments have front doors that swing open completely. The doors have airtight gaskets for air retention and use nylon latches for secure transport. This pan carrier is mounted on two swiveling and two rigid casters; the swivel casters have brakes that lock it in place when needed. Handles and bumpers are molded into the server for maneuverability and protection.
