Cambro UPC1600HD186 Description
Insulated with foam, the Cambro UPC1600HD186 Ultra Camcart® food carrier keeps cold food cold and hot food hot for 4 hours. The durable, polyethylene shell's one-piece construction also keeps air in the compartments. Each of the two compartments can hold (12) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size pans. Loading and unloading pans from the cabinet is convenient because it's front loading and has full-swing doors with airtight gaskets and durable, nylon latches. The casters on this unit are 6 inches by 2 inches and support heavy use. While transporting the unit, operators can maneuver it with handles and the bumpers protect other surfaces.
