Cambro UPC1600HD192 Description
Intended to hold 24 full-size, 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pans, the Cambro UPC1600HD192 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier has two compartments. These sections are insulated by foam, retaining air to keep product at safe temperatures for 4 hours. The unit's shell is made of polyethylene—a durable, one-piece construction that resists rusting, chipping, and denting. This server has a front-loading arrangement with full swing-open doors, which are secured by nylon latches and seal in air with gaskets. The casters on this unit are heavy duty and have a swiveling design for maneuvering.
