Engineered for adaptability, this Cambro CPA246064V5480 Camshelving® Premium add-on shelving unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for use in dishrooms, walk-in units, pantries, and loading docks. It's intended to be attached to a Premium starter shelving unit as a straight-line extension or in L, U, and T shapes with the included traverses, post kit, and dovetails. To save steps in assembly, the two steel and polypropylene steel posts ship assembled, and dovetails are molded into the posts. Fully set up, this shelving system measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 64 inches high, and to match the starter unit and other Premium components, it's speckled gray.

The Cambro CPA246064V5480 add-on shelving unit's five vented shelves can hold 800 pounds individually, though storing more than 2,000 pounds on the unit can cause structural damage. The shelves' louvered surfaces let air move through the slots to reach product directly, eliminating moisture and dust collection to create a safe storage space for perishables. Constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant polypropylene, the shelves withstand high-volume use and daily deliveries. They're impervious to harsh chemicals and saltwater, and they contain Camguard® antimicrobial agent to hinder bacterial growth and spread after the shelves have been wiped clean or sanitized in a dishmachine.
