The Cambro CPA214264V5480 polymer add-on shelving unit comes in speckled gray to match common kitchen themes and existing Camshelving® Premium starter units; this series is optimal for supporting heavy items and withstanding frequent deliveries. This add-on unit has a preassembled post kit, 10 traverses, and molded-in dovetails for installation. Its shelves each hold 800 pounds; however, the unit might succumb to structural damage if loaded with more than 2,000 pounds, overall. It's equipped with five shelves and measures 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high.
Openings in the Cambro CPA214264V5480 add-on shelving unit's louvered shelves enable air circulation to provide uniform product temperatures and reduce moisture and dust buildup. The shelf plates are made of polypropylene—durable plastic that doesn't rust, corrode, or peel. To inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria, the shelf plates contain Camguard® antimicrobial protection. When a thorough cleaning is required, users can remove and scrub the shelves.
