The Cambro CPU247284S5PKG solid shelving unit provides a versatile, sanitary storage solution for restaurant kitchens. Because it endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be implemented in various areas. The shelf plates have a flat surface that won't leave creases in linens or towels, and they're solid with no openings for liquids or small objects to fall through. For extended use, it's made of durable polypropylene and contains Camguard® antimicrobial protection.

The steel and polypropylene posts included with the Cambro CPU247284S5PKG polymer shelving unit stabilize the shelf tiers on both sides. They must be assembled upon arrival along with 10 traverses and molded-in dovetails. This model is easier to assemble than Cambro's Basics Plus and Elements units because the dovetails don't require on-site installation. It features a speckled gray appearance that blends in with Camshelving® Premium starter units already in place. In total, the unit accommodates 2,000 pounds.
