These polypropylene shelf plates resist moisture and chemical damage. This dishwasher-safe material is easy to clean and protected by Camguard® antimicrobial to help prevent mold, bacterial, and fungal growth. Versatile for storage in walk-in coolers or freezers, pantries, and dishrooms, this model is safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

As part of the Premium series, this Cambro CPU245484S5PKG starter shelving unit is easier to assemble than Basics Plus and Elements series models. It comes with unassembled post kits, eight traverses, and molded-in dovetail joints, and it’s more durable than the other Cambro shelf series, supporting high-volume deliveries and heavy products. Overall, this shelf measures 54 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 84 inches and has a 2,000-pound capacity.
