The Cambro CPU213684S5PKG restaurant shelving kit has polypropylene shelf plates that can be wiped clean quickly to save maintenance time and energy for staff. Its posts and traverses are built with steel cores to help them endure the rigors of commercial kitchen storage. To help kitchen staff place objects of different sizes on the shelving unit, its shelves can be repositioned in 4-inch increments.
