Cambro CBU244284S5580 Description
To enable storage in ideal conditions for each product, the Cambro CBU244284S5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is compatible with dishroom, pantry, and walk-in cooler and freezer storage. It measures 42 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 84 inches high to provide ample storage space, and it's fitted with four composite posts and leveling feet that balance on sloped surfaces. To ensure the unit can be installed quickly, 10 traverses, five bags of eight dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedges are included.
Each tier of the five-level Cambro CBU244284S5580 starter shelving unit is solid with a rigid, flat surface that accommodates small objects, items that tend to leak, and towels and sheets. All five shelves are made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene, which is treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection to hinder bacterial and fungal growth. While the top shelf can hold 400 pounds and each lower shelf has a 600-pound capacity, no more than 1,800 pounds should be loaded on the shelving unit in total. When inventory changes, operators can reposition shelf plates along the composite posts as needed.
