To complement existing equipment and decor, the Cambro CBU185484S5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelving unit comes in a neutral shade of brushed graphite. It offers five levels of storage and comes with all equipment necessary for assembly. Safe for exposure to temperatures ranging from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be installed in a walk-in freezer, dry storage pantry, or hot kitchen. Overall, this unit measures 54 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 84 inches high.
The Cambro CBU185484S5580 shelving kit features easy-to-clean polypropylene shelf plates and sturdy composite posts to provide durability in high-volume settings. Because the shelf plates are solid, they're ideal for storing small items or products that may leak. Each of the lower shelves accommodates as much as 600 pounds, and the top shelf has a 400-pound capacity; this unit supports 1,800 pounds, overall.
