The Cambro CBU216064VS4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelving unit has a total capacity of 1,800 pounds to accommodate bulk ingredients and heavy supplies. It's safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling placement in a walk-in freezer, warm pantry, or near hot kitchen equipment. To facilitate setup, it comes with four bags of dovetails, preassembled post connectors and wedges, and eight stationary traverses. This unit offers four levels of storage space and measures 60 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high.
The Cambro CBU216064VS4580 shelf kit features four shelf plates, three of which are louvered to promote air circulation. These shelves are made of polypropylene—a durable material that withstands heavy use and streamlines cleaning.
