Because it comes in cameo yellow, it stands out without drawing attention away from the food. It's constructed of fiberglass—a strong material that resists discoloration and odor retention. This material also resists breaking if it's dropped, and it has a lightweight feel that's comfortable to carry. After service, this tray can be cleaned in the dishwasher and stored in a stacked configuration. Stacking lugs in the base prevent jamming with other trays.
