The oval design of this Cambro 2700501 Camtray® is large enough for banquet halls and other high-volume service operations. Made of fiberglass, this tray has a lightweight feel with high-impact durability; the material resists odors and stains, and doesn't break or shatter if dropped. It comes in dark red to stand out and draw attention to the food. After service, the tray can be washed in a dishmachine and stacked in storage areas. Lugs built into the tray's base deter jams in stacked configurations.
