With its 26 7⁄8-inch by 22-inch size, the Cambro 2700522 oval Camtray® can be used for large-volume service. It's made of fiberglass—an impact-resistant material that doesn't stain or retain odors. This material has a lightweight feel and comes in a deep red that enhances product presentations. After banquet hall service, the tray can be washed in a dishwasher and stacked in storage areas. When stacked with other trays, the lugs in the base keep the trays secure with proper air circulation and jam resistance.
