It's made of fiberglass—a durable material that supports heavy use without breaking, staining, or retaining odors. Because this material has a lightweight feel, it's comfortable for waitstaff to carry. Safe in the dishwasher, this tray is easy to clean after service and can be stacked with similarly sized trays to maximize storage space. Lugs in the base of the tray keep stacks secure, promote air circulation, and prevent jamming.
