The fiberglass construction of this Cambro 2700113 oval Camtray® is durable to support heavy use and lightweight to promote comfortable handling. This material doesn't easily retain odors or stains and can be washed in a dishmachine after service. Its oval profile and large surface area provide space to support high-volume service in banquet halls. The material is limeade green, which adds a pop of color to enhance product presentation.
