Cambro 2700101 Description
With its oval design and large surface area, the Cambro 2700101 Camtray® can be used in high-volume venues such as banquet halls. It's constructed of fiberglass—waitstaff can comfortably carry this lightweight, strong material that resists stains and odor retention. Because it comes with an antique parchment pattern, it elevates the presentation of served food. When service is finished, the tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher and stored in a stacked configuration with other units. Lugs in the tray base keep the stacks secure while promoting airflow and discouraging jamming.
