Dexter Russell 22PCP Description
The Dexter 22-PCP oyster knife is built with a 2 1⁄2-inch handle that is pear-shaped to provide a comfortable and secure grip. A forward bulge in the handle serves as a stabilizing thumb rest, while another bulge at the rear supports the base of your palm. Behind the forward bulge, the handle narrows to create a place for the rest of your fingers to sit. Constructed of beech wood, the handle has a traditional look and feel.
Any type or size of oyster can be shucked thanks to the long, narrow blade. The slightly convex blade and rounded tip on the Dexter 22-PCP oyster knife make it easy to unhinge the oyster and slice through the muscle. The blade is made of carbon steel for corrosion resistance and is precision ground to add durability for commercial settings.

Wood handle is not as durable as the Sani Safe handle but it's plenty good for home use and feels nicer in the hand
