Beverage-Air WTRCS36HC Description
The Beverage-Air WTRCS36HC worktop chef's stand refrigerator keeps vital products close to the prep area and chilled below 40 degrees, preventing dangerous bacterial growth. Because the reinforced, insulated, stainless steel top is fire resistant, this unit is a good choice for stacking with other equipment. A marine edge fully encircles the top of the unit, preventing liquids from dripping down its back or sides and creating hard-to-clean messes.
This Beverage-Air WTRCS36HC chef's base refrigerator has self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration and doesn't require a heat shield. Both drawers can accommodate two full-size sheet pans, and they're constructed with heavy-duty slides and Delrin® rollers able to support 275 pounds.
