Equipped with two 19-inch drawers, the Garland UN17R36 Polar Cuisine refrigerated base fits two full-size hotel pans in separate compartments to avoid cross-contamination. Controlled by an electronic panel with a digital readout, the remote refrigeration system pairs with R404A refrigerant to deliver consistent cooling, while the condensate evaporator limits pooling for streamlined maintenance. Its stainless steel and ABS frame balances on 6-inch legs to promote comfortable loading and unloading. Measuring 36 inches wide by 32 3⁄4 inches deep by 26 3⁄16 inches high, this base is insulated by polyurethane foam to reduce cold air loss over time.
