Beverage-Air SPE60HC-12M Description
The Beverage-Air SPE60HC-12M prep table houses 12 polycarbonate pans in the countertop cutout. Toppings for pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and more can be prepared on the 10-inch-deep cutting board and then stored in the pans. This polyethylene board can also be used for building layers on main dishes. Its exterior is easy to clean and heavy duty thanks to its galvanized and stainless steel construction. A lid sits over the pans to protect product from contaminants.
Cold air is blown under the pans with a forced air system, to ensuring all product is evenly cooled. Temperatures stay chilly thanks to the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its evaporator coils are coated in epoxy to resist corrosion. The Beverage-Air SPE60HC-12M prep table has a rear-mount refrigeration system that is easily accessible for service.
