Delfield ST4460NP-18M Description
To support a broad selection of chilled toppings and components, the Delfield ST4460NP-18M sandwich/salad mega top prep table accommodates 18 sixth-size pans across its refrigerated ingredient area. Its 20-gauge stainless steel telescoping lid covers the pan opening between uses. The 60-inch-wide by 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board provides a dedicated preparation surface along the front edge for service.
The Delfield ST4460NP-18M prep table has two doors with 22-gauge stainless steel exteriors and thermoformed ABS interior liners. Each door opening includes an adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelf that helps organize backup ingredients and supplies beneath the preparation area during regular sandwich and salad service.
