The San Jamar CB152012YL Cut-N-Carry® cutting board comes in yellow, so it can be used to color code specific product to reduce cross contamination risks. Made of copolymer, it does not accept small cuts from knives, and it is also warp resistant at high temperatures. An integrated ruler helps with portion control, and the cutting board has a built-in hook for sanitary storing and drying.
