The San Jamar CB152012RD Cut-N-Carry® cutting board has a copolymer construction that prevents warping at high temperatures. It resists small cuts and will not damage the knife’s sharp edge. Since there is an integrated ruler in the material, users can make consistent cuts when prepping product. A built-in hook ensures drying, transporting, and storing the board is sanitary, while the board is red, so it can be used to color-code specific products and applications.
