The San Jamar CB152012BR Cut-N-Carry® cutting board comes in brown—a color that can be used in color-coding applications. This 20-inch-wide by 15-inch-deep by 1⁄2-inch-thick board is made of a copolymer that resists warping from heat and chemicals for long-term durability. After use, it can be washed in a dishmachine and hung up to dry with its food safety hook. This hooked structure enables the user to transport the board without touching the work surfaces to help prevent contaminating the board after cleaning.
