The Turbo Air TAR-6 six-burner gas range accomplishes several essential kitchen tasks. On top, employees can simmer water, cook soups, or cook food in a pan. Each burner has its own pilot and sits under a cast iron grate. A shelf above the range holds utensils or small appliances. The base is a standard oven, which can cook food without affecting the top. This unit comes with a pull-out crumb tray and a stainless steel oven shelf.
This Turbo Air TAR-6 Radiance restaurant range is made of welded stainless steel that withstands heavy use in commercial kitchens. Its cast iron grates are strong and warp resistant despite continuous temperature changes. For stability, this unit rests on adjustable legs.
