Migali C-RO6B-NG Description
The Migali C-RO6-NG Competitor Series® six burner gas range has cast iron grates that are removable for cleaning out food particles that slip underneath during cooking. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is convenient to clean and is highly durable for commercial use. The backsplash on the unit prevents food from splashing onto the kitchen wall.
Using the variable chrome knobs, operators can control the temperature in the Migali C-RO6-NG gas range, and if the temperature gets too high, the safety pilot will shut off to protect the unit from overheating. The oven includes a shelf, which can be removed to accommodate various cooking applications. Because the inside of the oven is porcelain enameled, it can be wiped out after use.
