Winco EMW-1000ST Description
Cooking food quickly and retherming it to safe temperatures, the Winco EMW-1000ST commercial microwave holds 12-inch-diameter platters on a ceramic bottom plate. The rest of the interior, along with the exterior, is made of stainless steel—a durable material that resists corrosion and supports quick cleanup. More complex than a unit with dial controls, this microwave has a touch keypad. Even though the microwave’s controls require practice to operate, they simplify operation over time and increase cooking flexibility. The operator can choose between multiple power levels and one-touch time options; this microwave also has 10 programmable functions to speed up the selection process.
