Excellent Value - Seasons easily

For the price this pan is an excellent value. Mind you this is based on a few uses. It comes wrapped in plastic bag and is shiny bright with a dark handle. 8 1/4 inches at top and 5 and 1/8 inches at bottom. Handle is flat metal with a thumb groove in middle and is 9 inches from pan to end. Handle is coated with something so is it oven safe? Took seasoning quickly and easily.

Solid Value for the money

This pan was bought for home use and will probably only be used once a week. I use stainless steel for things a carbon steel plan is not good for such as acidic foods. Since stainless steel is a poor conductor and multi ply are expensive I decided to go with a pan that has an aluminum core bottom. Description: The pan is well shaped with nice lip around top edge. There is a noticeable seam where bottom is attached and covered with stainless. Made in China if that matters to you. Top of pan is 11 1/2 inches to outside rim. 11 inches to inside rim. Bottom is 8 5/8 inches. Handle is 9 1/4 inches long and is attached by 4 rivets. Bottom on outside is 8 3/4 inches across. The pan is just shy of 2 inches deep on inside and 2 1/2 inches on outside. Pros: Plan is well polished with no nicks or burrs around edge. Nice heavy bottom heats evenly with no hot spots. Cons: Handle is oval shaped tubular steel and may be hard to hold if pan is full and hand is wet or using a towel (helper handle would be nice). Cleaning seam around bottom maybe a problem. You can see seam in pictures. Took of one point for handle.

Containers have been modified

The old containers I have work wonderful. The new containers I bought the lip on the top of the container has been modified. It is smaller than the old containers so when the lid fits on it does not hold. When you tip it upside down it falls off.

I would buy this product again!

Use it to serve guess at the ranch. Great for BBQ.

Awful!

I have been using this to scoop ice cream - pretty soft ice cream, too - and it does the job 50% of the time! The thumb press keeps falling off and the swiper part often gets stuck. Also the yellow handle part can come unscrewed with very little pressure.

Terrible! Broke on first use.

This is incredibly flimsy, thin, low-grade aluminum. Utterly insufficient for the task. Literally, the very first use the handle bent so severely that the pin pulled out making the entire thing utterly unusable and unrepairable. I just threw it in the trash. No one should buy this unless they want a wall ornament. Literally the worst thing I've ever purchased from this site. They should be ashamed of selling it.

Squares aren't 3x3.They vary in size and some are actually close to rectangular.

Does not fit in warmer

This does not fit in a standard warming/proofer cabinet. The width is good but the length is too long. The way the edges are not rolled over causes the length to be too long. I have compared an aluminum sheet pan with the same dimension and there is a difference.

Good for cooking for four (4) or more...

This is a great pan for saute or braising.

I would buy this for gifts for my family!

I generally use my pots to make spaghetti sauce. I have bought a 24 & 32 quart stock pots. I LOVE them all! Nothing burns on the bottom at all, even simmering all day!

Perfect for my need

HEAVY mop head

We are all so shocked how HEAVY this mop head is, when wet. We decided to use it after we have all trained for weightlifting. Would not buy it again. Thank goodness the mop handle is universal, we stuck with our usual one.

Better than expected

When I took product out for display of the food I was about to served. Was it expected to look so elegant and well constructed. The food keeps warm better . Than other changes I used. I am of caterer of Tacos . And sometimes I hit and miss when it gets to chaffies. This one one off the best looks and steady frame

Pretty on the outside that's it

I was so happy to receive them however after using them one of the tops is defective and doesn't close right . All of them hold the coffee in the lid when you unscrew it coffee spills all over I've also noticed some of them do not keep the coffee hot I won't purchase these again

Solid performer

I bought this for stock, stews, and soups. It's a disc bottom construction, so extremes of temperature are best avoided. It's fairly rugged, fit and finish are very good, handles have 4 rivets each, it has a sturdy metal lid(rare these days), and it sits perfectly flat on my induction stove. It just won't take as much abuse as a fully clad pan would. Of course, those cost much more. This one's a real bargain, even at the new price point, and well suited to all but the most extreme challenges.

Amazing value

Better than expected. I put a little raw linseed oil (flax oil) on the handle and it looks like a pro tool. 5 stars, at least.

I would not order another one from Winco.

I ordered 4 green handled dishers, 2 of broke within the first 4-5 minutes, while scooping cobbler, that was already broken up. The 3rd one broke a few minutes later. Luckily I had enough older ones to finish.

This thing is a lot bigger than I thought but it is nice to be able to drain everything in one colander

NOT stainless steel

I bought several of these for use on the grill. They were stored inside and taken outside for use only. Every single one in use rusted within a few weeks. The extras inside in the cabinet rusted within 6 months, just being stored. I'd never buy these again. I threw them all out so sorry, no pictures.

These were purchased for an evening, sit down dinner at a wedding. We washed them to get them ready and they are chipped, unusable a the edges of the spoons have slivers of metal. I would give a zero if i can

I Would Defineitly Buy This Salad Fork Again

Very delicate and feels great in your hand. Beautifully made and has a wonderful look. The picture does not do the fork any justice.

Finish issues

This product has issues with the finish. One completely changed colors when I washed it. The others have what looks like remains of a sticker, but there was not a sticker there. Maybe I got a bad batch.

These are about as cheap as they get. Advertised as being able to lock together. They do not! They come right back a part causing a severe tripping hazard is any restaurant. They shouldn't sell this product

i use this tool to press my meats, veggies and sometimes bread that I am grilling.
