The Winco SPJL-202 half-size steam pan is made of stainless steel—a material that resists dents, scratches, and warping, an ideal combination for use in a commercial steam table. It's frequently used with water, so it is designed for corrosion resistance. This pan does not jam or stick to other pans, so it can be stacked without getting wedged against them.

very cheap material and they are difficult to get apart.

If I were to buy them again, I would buy a more expensive, better made pan
