Winco ADBC-10 Description
The Winco ADBC-10 grill basting cover is made of durable aluminum, and its handle is made of heat-resistant Bakelite. When placed on top of grilling foods, the cover contains grease splatters to streamline cleaning and protect chefs from spray burns. It also helps keep food warm until ready to serve because it traps heat over the entrée.
