Duke 613Q-E4XX Description
The Duke 613Q-E4XX full-size convection oven is a good choice for high-volume applications because it has two decks that each hold six pans. Pans are supported by racks that are adjustable to 13 different positions. Because the chambers have deep decks, they can hold pans in a side-to-side or front-to-back position. Both ovens have independent doors with glass panels so users can watch food as it cooks.
To change settings, users of the Duke 613Q-E4XX double convection oven can adjust its solid-state controls. Its time can be set to 12 hours or less, and its temperature is adjustable between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This oven is also equipped with a hold mode and a two-speed fan that can pulse.
