Duke 613Q-E4XX Description
To provide interior visibility while retaining heat, the Duke 613Q-E4XX electric convection oven features interior lighting as well as double-pane glass windows. Each of its two compartments includes six racks that can be adjusted to 13 positions, and the interiors are lined with nonstick porcelain to facilitate cleanup. This unit’s sides, front, and top are constructed of stainless steel – a resilient material that can withstand heavy use without scratching, denting, or corroding.
The Duke 613Q-E4XX double-deck convection oven features precise, solid-state digital controls as well as a countdown timer that can be set as high as 12 hours. The temperature can be set between 200 and 500 degrees, and the unit is insulated to ensure heat doesn’t escape. It is mounted on 8-inch stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to keep the oven stable on uneven flooring.
