Duke 613Q-E4XX Description
The Duke 613Q-E4XX full-size convection oven has two decks, each with deep cabinets that can hold pans side to side and front to back. Each deck has six pan racks, which can be adjusted to 13 different positions to hold products of various heights. Inside the baking chambers, a porcelain lining creates a smooth, nonstick surface that can be wiped clean after use.
Equipped with solid-state controls, the Duke 613Q-E4XX convection oven has an adjustable temperature range between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and its timer can be set as long as 12 hours. After cooking, users can set the oven to hold mode to keep products fresh until it's time to serve.
