Duke 613Q-E4XX Description
The Duke 613Q-E4XX double convection oven is an ideal choice for high-volume operations. It has two deep decks that can accommodate six pans of food each, and its pan racks have 13 positions. Designed with deep depths, the baking chambers can hold pans front to back and side to side. To access the baking interior, users can open the 50/50 independent doors.
To conveniently adjust time and temperature settings, the Duke 613Q-E4XX convection oven is equipped with straightforward solid-state controls. Its temperature can be set to a level between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while its digital timer has a maximum setting of 12 hours. After use, operators can wipe down the smooth, corrosion-resistant porcelain interior.
