Duke 59-E3XX/PFB-1 Description


Also known as the DBC-1 baking center, the Duke 59-E3XX/PFB-1 240/3 combines a two-speed convection oven and a proofer cabinet to create an all-in-one proofing and baking station in one compact footprint. The unit's convection oven features reliable solid state controls that maintain accurate temperatures and a porcelainized interior for an even bake. The proofer base includes a manually-filled, 2-quart water reservoir for generating humidity for heat.
