Duke 59-E3XX/PFB-1 Description

The Duke 59-E3XX/PFB-1 208/1 combination convection oven and proofer, also known as the DBC-1, is designed to be an all-in-one baking center for kitchens with low to medium volumes of bread to bake. The equipment's cabinets are built with stainless steel and mounted on 6-inch casters for easy transportation. The two-speed convection oven is fully insulated for energy efficiency and features a porcelainized interior for an even bake. The proofer can be set to three modes: Proofing, Warming, and Holding.
