Duke 59-E3V Description
With the Duke 59-E3V countertop convection oven, chefs can cook foods thoroughly and quicker than in conventional ovens. This compact unit has five racks and nine positions to accommodate various pan and product sizes. Its stainless steel exterior has insulated walls to retain heat in the cabinet.
The Duke 59-E3V half-size convection oven has a snap-action thermostat that can be adjusted to a level from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A 60-minute timer sounds a continuous buzzer when the cooking cycle finishes. With its two-speed fan, this oven can cook delicate cakes and tough proteins.
