The Duke 59-E3V half-size countertop convection oven is ideal for commercial foodservice operations such as coffee shops, bakeries, and small to medium restaurants. From delicate pastries to large casseroles, this unit's five racks and nine rack positions provide operators the versatility to prepare various foods. To quickly crisp and brown the outside of the product while retaining moisture, the convection oven's two-speed fan evenly circulates air throughout the cooking cabinet. Because this unit's interior is made of porcelain, the buildup of bacteria and food is reduced to simplify cleaning.
For maximum heat retention, the Duke 59-E3V high-performance oven is fully insulated, while its seamless design with coved corners facilitates cleanup.
