Designed with a durable exterior, the Duke 59-E3V half-size convection oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top, while insulation around the cavity reinforces the structure. This unit has a single door, vertical handle, and five oven racks. Each rack is removable and adjustable on 9 positions in the oven. For efficient cleaning, the interior is finished in porcelain, which minimizes food buildup. Short, 4-inch legs raise the unit off the counter, and the adjustable feet provide stability.

This Duke 59-E3V electric convection oven has dial controls for the time and temperature. The timer counts down times of 60 minutes or less, and when it hits zero, it constantly buzzes until manually turned off. This design encourages users to quickly unload the oven and ensures they don't forget the cooking food. Adjustable from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature can be changed depending on the product. Likewise, the fan has two speeds—high for dense dishes and low for delicate ones.
